New functional works in clay by Laura Korch, Sarah Savannah Roach, Amanda Barr, Matt Smith, and Jason Abide.

Join us in The ArtsCenter’s Nicholson Gallery for the Opening Reception of “All Manner of Life,” a group ceramics exhibit featuring new functional works in clay by Laura Korch, Sarah Savannah Roach, Amanda Barr, Matt Smith and Jason Abide on Friday, August 8th from 6:00-8:00pm. This event is free and open to the public and coincides with the Chapel Hill/Carrboro 2nd Friday ArtWalk. Light refreshments will be served. The exhibit will be on display August 1-31, 2014.

The 2nd Friday ArtWalk takes place in Carrboro and Chapel Hill from 6:00 – 9:00 pm on the second Friday of every month. It’s a great opportunity to explore the many arts venues and businesses in both towns as well as socialize with other art lovers in the community. Many of the galleries will have live music and other art-related entertainment.
